Overview

Join us this week to celebrate IDAHOBIT!

IDAHOBIT (International Day  Against Homophobia, Bi-Phobia, Interphobia, & Transphobia) is held on May 17th every year. It marks the date in 1990 that homosexuality was removed from the WHO Classification of Diseases. Despite this, LGBTQIA+ communities continue to face discrimination. We celebrate this date to champion inclusivity.

Since the 17th falls on the weekend this year, we will catch up to acknowledge the importance of this day at our Winter Warmers event in week 11. Join us for our ultimate salad bar set up, rainbow donuts (thanks to Baker Bear), and our screening of the queer cinema classic, The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (1994).
