MONSU Peninsula is seeking to appoint a dedicated Indigenous Officer to represent and advocate for Indigenous students on campus.
About the Role The Indigenous Officer will work to ensure that Indigenous student voices are heard across the Union, university committees, and wider campus initiatives. The role involves:
Advocating for the needs, rights, and experiences of Indigenous students.
Supporting cultural, educational, and community events.
Working with MONSU Student Representatives and university staff to improve equity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
Providing peer support and acting as a point of contact for Indigenous students.
Who Can Apply This position is open to undergraduate students who identify as Indigenous and are passionate about positive representation, equity, and community-building.
