This is awarded to an office bearer, volunteer, or club member, who has joined within the last 12 months, and has shown commitment, promise, and enthusiasm within their role during that time.

Varshith was recognised by his peers for his dynamic work ethic and dedication to his role. He was a constant presence at MONSU events throughout the year, taking on greater responsibilities as an event leader, and providing a meaningful contribution to the MONSU Peninsula program. Most notably at our Tuesday free-lunches where his passion for cooking saw the development and creation of a number of menus for students across campus, as well as running a number of activities, including our Peninsula Games series in semester two.
